I have over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, and developmental abilities. What many people fail to realize is that every child is different, even those with the same diagnosis. My passion is individualizing the type of care that I provide according to each child's needs, the needs of the family, and the child's abilities. My special needs background does not only extend to children with developmental delays or disabilities, my experience also includes working with children that are gifted and talented, and are showing advanced skills and intelligence for their age. I myself was involved in the TAG (Talented and Gifted) programs while in school, and feel that the opportunities that I was provided while in the program are what fueled my desire to work with ALL children.
