About Yareli

Yareli worked for us for about three months before we had to let her go. I found multiple inconsistencies with things she would say and do so I didn't trust her which is a terrible feeling when having someone be with your precious children and inviting them into your home. She was late at least 50% of the shifts she was to work and each week came up with a scheduling conflict despite my very best efforts to communicate and accommodate her ever changing needs and availability. In the short time she was with us she worked about 50% of her scheduled shifts. Her "school" schedule always seemed to get in the way of her working hours even though she would give her availability to me and I would schedule accordingly. The times she did work, she was very detached and spent a great deal of time on her phone. I know this because we have a unique situation requiring two care givers working at any given time simultaneously. I had red flags from the very beginning because she knows how to "sell" and tell you everything you want to hear. I wish I would have saved the effort and moved on immediately when I started having second thoughts.
