I have worked with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. My skills range from help with eating, changing, and lifting to making crafts, reading, playing games and more. I am dedicated to providing an enriching experience for all ages and ability levels. Experience: -Volunteered for a summer camp for children with developmental disabilities. -Returned to work for a summer day program for participants ages 10-21. While there I was the designated art teacher and I ran daily art groups. We worked on a variety of projects such as paper mache pinatas, leaf rubbings, and paintings. We also went on field trips, played sports, and worked on daily living skills. -Assisted a teenager with cerebral palsy with fun and recreational weekend activities while aiding him in eating, changing and transitioning.
