About Walker

I have over 10 years of experience caring for children. It is of the upmost importance to me that I provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for every child. I have cared for children of all ages from infants to preteens. I am currently prioritizing positions working with infants and toddlers but I am also open to working with older children. Over the past two years I have periodically cared for a precious toddler. During the 2020 to 2021 school year I provided childcare and virtual learning support for a 6 and 8-year-old. Additionally, I was a counselor at a therapeutic day camp that served kids with ADHD and Autism for 4 summers. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish. I am passionate about neurodiversity and accessibility. Every child is an individual with individual needs and I look forward to learning how to meet the needs of your child and family. I love the outdoors, baking, and creating fun and engaging learning opportunities.
