I worked for one family that lived for 5 years, it was wonderful. I am still very close to this family to this day even though they live in Baltimore. I worked for another family with 4 little girls, 8-6-and twins under 2. I like involving kids in crafts, sometimes baking, and whatever they enjoy. I miss those old days.
