Tracy was employed by a care company for a period of fifteen years (as of Oct 31, 2014). I was her supervisor during the last three years of her employment where she supported me and my organization. During the time that Tracy and I worked together, I found her to be very efficient and helpful. I could always count on Tracy to pitch in where needed, often with very little notice, and often going above and beyond the scope of her assigned responsibilities. In addition to her administrative responsibilities supporting my scheduling, travel, and expenses, Tracy routinely manage the product organizations weekly meetings, large event planning (trade shows and organizational retreats), and assisted the organization on other last minute responsibilities as they came up.
