I have my own car and a perfect driving record. Although not licensed, I also have extensive knowledge in PT, OT, and speech therapy. I also take care of all ADL's including cooking, bathing, dressing, medication management, exercise, errands, and overall companionship. My current client is an 82-year-old man with dementia who suffered a massive stroke 2 years ago. When he returned home from inpatient rehab he was completely bed ridden with no motor or sensory on his entire right side. He also suffered extreme aphasia. I was able to improve his status in all areas and he is now walking with assistance and speaking clearly. I look forward to assisting you in any of your nursing and home care needs. Tisha has been a dream come true. She helped my husband so much. He just loves her. She has a way with him and he cooperates with her where he won’t with me, his wife. Being a retired nurse she is able to detect medical problems like UTI’s, oxygen needs, blood pressure, blood sugar, changes in his confusion etc. She is also an excellent cook, we both lost 30 pounds!
