About Arlene

I became a caregiver after giving birth to my second daughter who was born premature at 6 months. Having to place her in a home was very hard on my and her siblings, so I went to school so I would be able to better care for her. Being a caregiver is very personal and they become a part of your family. My personal achievement is that I was solely responsible for my last patient. All his family lived out of town, so I was the only one he had to depend on. I was in charge of arranging a sitter for him on the weekends. I was to the go to person if the staff had any questions. I basically became one of his children. I am a very hardworking, caring, passionate and loving person. I am a certified nursing assistant and a certified pharmacy Technician for 25 years with 20 years experience in dementia. I'm also CPR/FIRST-AID certified. I and a person you can call upon anytime you need help. I go above and beyond for my patients and their family. I am very honest and a good listener.
