About Tiara

I'd describe my personality as fun, motivated, determined I like working with kids because they always have a soft spot in my heart. I love to help kids help with their growth and development while showing them I care about them. Kids need to know they have a future and there is someone out here rooting them on. I'm looking for a job that I love to do to make a career out of it. I started working with kids when I 20 years old. All my friends have kids so I would babysit for them when needed. I started working in childcare in 2015 and loved it ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies, hang with family and friends, go out to eat, take walks and plan out my future. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a loving person and easy to get along with. I like to treat everyone like family and have a kind heart. Helping people anyway I can always been a passion. My skills include Safety Skills, Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Responsibility.
