I am currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities earning a dual major in Mathematics and Computer Science. I have an extensive background in AI/Machine Learning, General Coding, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Number Theory, Mathematical Proofs, and Differential Equations. In the future, I plan to pursue a doctorate in Mathematics focusing on Number Theory. I find teaching to be at its best when abstract topics are shown in such a way that their real world applications can be seen with imagery and easy to grasp examples. Additionally, the understanding behind how certain discoveries were made and the logic behind them are key to unlocking more advanced topics. In the past I have tutored K-12 students on topics from basic math to the calculus sequence, and have helped a variety of people with computer science related projects.

Tate is incredibly talented and intuitive when it comes to math. He explains high level concepts with the utmost patience and understanding. Tate helped me pass my calc class, but also has knowledge of high level courses. He is definitely passionate about what he does!
