About Talena

Hi! I recently graduated from SDSU with my multiple subject teaching credential. I have experience teaching and facilitating student learning in all subject areas, including literacy, math, science, social studies, P. E., etc., in both public classroom and private/individual settings. I love working with students of every age and learning level. I believe in challenging students to think critically and become problem-solvers by creating safe and supportive environments where students feel comfortable taking risks.
