I know that proper TLC is not just the extra physical help, but mental and spiritual growth are needed as well, to build a strong self-esteem. I find that laughter is the cure to all mental and physical challenges. It blocks stress, depression and uplifts the heart to a level of joy that makes living so worth it! I am a private duty home health provider/CNA. I have provided care from infants to seniors, all with specific special needs. I know that when my level of care is perfect, I see a beaming smile on one's face.

I think the main thing that stands out about Susan is her gentleness and patience she shows with her clients. Susan has this calm demeanor that clients really appreciate and respond to. She has excellent nursing skills, and tons of experience dealing with the challenges of Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, Cath care, Infection, Stroke, and many other conditions.
