About Stephanie

I've been babysitting and nannying all over the city for the past 10 years. I've worked with infants to 12-year-olds. Working with children is one of my biggest passions, and I love meeting new families. As a caregiver, it's my goal to give children the tools they need to empower themselves and to be compassionate, loving, and resilient. I strive to be a strong role model for children, and aim to be enthusiastic, grounded, calm, patient, and curious. I encourage children to be dreamers and explorers, sing with their hearts, and tell the silliest jokes. I balance assertiveness with affection and compassion with determination. My goal is to give children the boundaries they need to feel safe and secure, but also the freedom to express themselves fully and to celebrate that. I work well with families who share my same values as a mentor and caregiver. I'm also looking for a family that values communication, open-mindedness, and are willing to work with me as a team player. .
