About Selena

Hello I am Selena. I have tutored students in math 1st-8th grade. I have made my own lesson plans and have used pre planned lessons. I have also tutored two students with dyslexia in reading. I am graduated with a bachelors in education with a minor in special education. I have certifications in core subjects EC-6th, Special Education, English second language and PPR. I have worked at a daycare center, a science summer camp, a math tutoring center, freelance tutoring, student teaching in a special ed classroom and in an elementary class. By the end of June I would have completed my 1st year as a teacher. I am a self-contained (taught all subjects) 3rd grade teacher. I have worked with students significantly below grade level, on grade level and above.
