About Sara

I currently have a bachelors degree in biology and am pursuing a masters in biology with a focus on paleontology. I love dinosaurs, nature, and teaching kids about science in safe, fun, and interactive ways. I have experience taking care of kids at My Family daycare, ages 1-6, including children with learning disabilities or on the autism spectrum. I also have experience tutoring up to the college level in math, science, and theater. I teach human anatomy at Marshall University, where I also have the highest attended tutoring hours of all biology GA's. I graduated high school with a 4. 1 GPA and undergrad with a 3. 85. I am completely pet friendly and have experience taking care of all types of animals. My hobbies include cooking, art, and reading. One thing you should know about me is that I am flexible with work hours and am happy to discuss multiple duties such as being a sitter and a tutor. I have a minivan as my mode of transportation and am CPR trained.
