I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and recent kinesiology graduate from the College of Public Health & Human Sciences at the OSU Cascades campus in Bend. I love studying all the systems of the human body and helping people achieve their fitness goals as well as sharpen their athletic abilities. As an experienced NASM trainer I am confident I can make an immediate positive impact on a client's quality of life. Proven ability in creating beneficial personalized programs that target specific needs. I can provide pain relief by identifying movement dysfunctions and assisting in mobilizing, strengthening, and balancing out the body.
