About Samyra

Hi families! My name is Samyra, and I'm currently working as a teacher's assistant at a daycare, where I help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young children to grow and thrive. I'm certified in both CPR and First Aid, so safety is always a top priority for me. Before working in daycare, I was a camp counselor and I now also mentor a small girls group, where I teach them about entrepreneurship and leadership. These experiences have taught me how to connect with kids of all ages, build trust, and support their personal growth. My love for working with children started at home being the oldest of many siblings, I naturally stepped into a caregiver role early on. That responsibility taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of guiding children with love and respect, as if they were my own. I'm passionate about helping children learn, play, and explore the world around them, and I'm excited to be part of their journey.
