About Sadie

Hi, I'm Sadie! I love working with kids and am passionate about childcare that's nurturing, structured, and encourages exploration-drawing from gentle, responsive approaches while maintaining clear boundaries and high expectations. I'm a Special Education major at Seattle Pacific University, with a concentration in elementary education, while I am also pursuing dual certification in Special and General Ed to become a teacher! I've worked as a Direct Support Professional, supported SPU's Disability Services, volunteered at UW's EEU, and cared for kids with diverse needs, including those in foster care. I'm creative, thoughtful, and organized. My community would describe me as kind, intentional, and a natural problem solver.
