Experienced culinary background in both French and American cuisine. I am a father of two wonderful kids and a beautiful wife. I have committed myself to perfecting great tasting food that is not only healthy but fresh. I have cooked for people that have sever allergies and other medical conditions that required special dietary considerations. I bring my own tools and utensils, and I can prepare the food at your residence or provide the finished products ahead of time. I also am available for large parties and gatherings. Our first meeting will identify your expectations and any special dietary requirements. From there we will discuss preparation and any other salient information.
