Ruijun took great care of our son for three years, taught him perfect Mandarin, and encouraged him to be the talkative and curious person that he is today. Her approach is to stay present with the child, engage in his interests, and redirect only if necessary. Ruijun is incredibly reliable (never late), responsible, and communicative. She also happens to be a great cook. We would highly recommend Ruijun!
