About Rosa

Hello! By day, I am a therapist at a local group practice. I am looking to expedite my student loan payback and love spending time with kids, so here I am! As a childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's development and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for them to thrive. I have over 15 years of childcare experience--I've been a camp counselor, taught at a local after school program, babysat throughout grad school, and now see kids for therapy. I'm patient, calm, and responsible, and communicate openly with parents. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. From outdoor games and physical activities to board games, puzzles, and educational games, I enjoy a variety of play that promotes learning and fun. I'm trained in First Aid and CPR, and I've taken coursework in early child development. I'm also mostly fluent Portuguese and Spanish. I'm happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. Would love to connect.
