About Rojminbai

I have over 30 years of experience caring for children, including those with special needs, autism, and speech or hearing challenges. I am passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel supported through patient and loving care. I also have experience providing kind, attentive care to seniors, assisting with daily routines, companionship, and emotional support. I hold a diploma and degree in Special Education (Hearing Impaired) and spent many years running my own speech therapy center in India. I have worked closely with children from newborns to school-aged kids, offering developmental support, speech therapy, and behavioral guidance. Although my English is limited, I am fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. I build strong, trusting relationships through my caring nature, patience, and experience. I believe every individual deserves kindness, respect, and encouragement to live a full and happy life.
