International Nanny Association member. Mature-nonsmoker. I have worked with NB & up; especially good with infants. I enjoy being engaged and interacting with children. I teach, play with / encourage independent play, and lovingly care for children while partnering with their parents. I'm consistent and reliable. I am blessed to have four wonderful children of my own whom I home educated. I understand that our children are our greatest blessing and I know how difficult it can be entrusting them to someone else. Skills I employ with children: Creating a sense of safety, Choice theory, intrinsic motivation, emotional self regulation, role play for social / emotional development, self awareness regarding feelings etc, teaching empathy, character building and other important traits. Sleep training experience and fostering adequate sleep with infants and young children. I'm firm w/ healthy boundaries yet loving and children enjoy their time in my care.
