I have always been the kind of worker that is told what to do, and perform those tasks to the level my boss wants them done, and then see what possibly extra work might need to be done. Closest job I have had to this was when I was a nanny full-time, for three children for a summer. I was responsible for watching the children, while also doing household chores.
