About Rebecca

With a love for children and learning, I am here to help your kids succeed in school and at life. I have taught a mix of ages from preschool through 5th grade, including reading, math, science, and writing. While my biggest passions are math and reading, I truly believe that there is always a way for any lesson to come to life for the teacher and the learner--you just have to find it. I enjoy individualizing the work I do as a teacher to match the passions and strengths of the learner. I aim for conceptual understanding and utilize engaging tools as much possible. Additionally, I have an endorsement in Special Education and Reading, and I believe that everyone can learn. I'd love to meet you and see if I'd be a good fit for your child!
