I've had the great experience of being a nanny for over 10 years with the same family. Prior to that I was a Residental counselor for youth and adults who had special needs along with limited mobility. Working there brought such a special joy to my life. I must say, I have learned so much from them. It takes a special person with plenty of love and patience and I have that and much more! One key to know the importance of routine in a persons life with special needs. It's the absolute key to helping them to be successful in achieving their daily and long term goals that have been set. I am also a very proud mom of a13-year-old with some disabilities. So I have 13 personal year of experience as well. I'd love to get a chance to meet you and your family.
