Hi! I am a creative and fun caregiver looking for an opportunity to meet the needs of someone needing a little extra assistance. I am comfortable working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I am entering my senior year of nursing school in the fall, meaning I do have an broad background and knowledge of most disorders and diseases including how to properly care for them and have also been checked off to perform many nursing skills including IV care, G tubes, catheter care, etc. I am a certified nursing assistant, so have been well trained to meet any mobility, feeding, cognitive, bathing/dressing, or developmental needs. I volunteered as a teacher and caregiver at my church for 7 years, so do have much experience as a one-on-one caregiver for special needs children. I am 20 years old and would be a great friend to someone, I would love to take them on outings and have fun with them while maintaining their independence and making sure their needs are met.
