About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel! I grew up on the east side of WA, but currently reside on the west side with my fiancé and three fur babies! Along with many years nannying, I am an elementary teacher! I take care of 25+ kiddos every day. I teach all subjects, with concepts ranging from identifying theme to understanding the relationship between a star's brightness and its distance. To the contrary, I don't have a favorite subject! I just love learning, and strive to share that with others. I would love to help more students with their learning, no matter the grade. After graduating valedictorian from my high school, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington. I then received my Masters in Teaching. I am knowledgeable and can help! If your kiddo doesn't need a tutor, but you need a sitter-I'm here! I know the benefits of building positive relationships with youth, redirection and guidance, and fun and interactive activities.
