About Rachel

I am a disabled 66 year old woman who moved to Texas in January. I lived with my daughter for a couple of months but had to move into an apartment. I found Rachel on care.com and she has been a Godsend. I used her for a few months, then moved into Assisted Living and I still use Rachel for doctor's appointments, errands, etc. She is absolutely the best. She has experience but more than that, she is reliable, punctual, (if she's going to be detained she ALWAYS texts me and keeps me updated) she is very intuitive and has learned my moods, my ways of doing things, she keeps notes on me and knows what I like, how to arrange my personal items when cleaning, she often calls and follows up on how I'm doing and asks if I need anything. She checks my meds and reminds me when a refill is coming up. She goes beyond what her job description is, simply because she cares and she's just a really "good person." I have learned to love and respect her and trust her. You can't beat Rachel!!!
