Tanja is extremely organized (something I especially appreciated!), skilled in administering care, and always went above and beyond to support both the patient and the family. Even in the most emotional moments, she remained calm, loving, and present—offering comfort, guidance, and strength. She gave detailed updates, advocated for the patient’s needs, and handled every challenge with professionalism and grace. Tanja made my job as a nurse easier, and I truly cannot thank her enough.
