About Rachael

I have always loved working with kids since I was a little girl. Babysitting was one of those things that comes naturally to me. I have worked in home settings, day & overnight camps, festivals and enjoy volunteering at different events. I believe in being a positive role model and like to help teach children to respect themselves, others, and their environment. For two summers, I assisted a face painting fairy who traveled festival to festival painting faces and selling fairy & pirate gear to kids of all ages and sizes. I was the bubble fairy who always made sure kids were having fun and enjoying themselves! I have traveled to 3 of the houses of my extended family members over the past 10 years to help them babysit, organize (de-clutter) and maintain their houses. I have those references as well as others to share upon request. I am one who will make sure the kids are safe, the house is tidy, and the dishes are washed when parent(s) arrive home from their outing! I have an Associates and Bachelors degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a concentration in Recreation Management. I enjoy having fun, to say the least!
