About Alexis

Hi! My name is Alexis (or Lexi), and I'm a 22-year-old recent graduate of Nazareth College. I've been babysitting and teaching dance to kids of all ages since I was 12-years-old, and it's my absolute favorite thing to do. One of my favorite experiences was when I helped run a dance program for children on the autism spectrum when I was 18. The smiles that the kids and parents had on their faces was one of the most rewarding payoffs I've ever had. I'm the oldest child and grandchild on all sides of my family, so I've had a lot of built-in practice with watching kids and juggling laundry, housework, and running errands. Life can get busy, and I'm more than happy to help! I have the most experience with ages 3-12, but I also love working with babies and toddlers. Whether it's playing outside, finding a fun craft to do on a rainy day, or playing "Get the Monster" (basically me being chased around the house because i'm the "monster"), I always try to make every day a new adventure!
