About Rachael

My name is Morgan (legal name is different, Morgan is my preferred name), I'm 27 years old and I've been working in childcare for eight years. I have been a nanny for children ages 3mo-14yrs, and have experience with working with children with disabilities as well as children without. I was a special education educational assistant, and have experience with extreme behavior challenges as well as medical challenges. That experience and the skills I learned transfer to children without disabilities seamlessly and I am confident I can care for your child no matter where they are developmentally. I also have a lot of experience with infants. I prioritize routine while also being flexible to the children's changing needs. I encourage independent play while also working on sharing/turn taking, and I am a big believer in listening to the child when it comes to what they need and not forcing progress in development that the child is not ready for.
