About Rachel

I am an experienced childcare provider with over 15 years of professional experience caring for children from infancy through their teen years. I hold two college degrees-one in Child Development and Education and another in Social and Behavioral Sciences-which allow me to support children's growth both academically and emotionally. Throughout my career, I have worked as a full-time nanny, part-time babysitter, private tutor, and preschool teacher's aide, giving me a well-rounded understanding of children's developmental needs at every stage. I am patient, reliable, kind, and nurturing, with strong organizational and communication skills. My experience includes homework help, maintaining consistent routines, and providing behavior support, including working with children with ADHD and Autism. I also like to limit screen-time and encourage active and imaginative play. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
