My background includes three years in behavioral therapy, including experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), along with 120+ college credits in Child Development, Psychology, and Special Education. I specialize in creating engaging routines, supporting positive behavior, and fostering age-appropriate developmental growth. Families appreciate my calm, dependable approach, strong understanding of child development, and ability to balance enriching activities with a safe, supportive environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and pride myself on professionalism, discretion, and building strong relationships with both children and parents.
