About Nicole

My previous babysitting experiences and professional work as a RBT have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I hold a college degree and have over two years of experience caring for and supporting children of all ages, including working with children with developmental disabilities such as autism. Through my RBT role, I've implemented individualized behavior plans, supported communication and social skill development, and helped children build independence in a positive, patient, and encouraging environment. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and have a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education, with completed coursework in Early Child Development. I am equipped to provide engaging, attentive care and prioritize open communication through your preferred method while fully respecting your household rules and routines.
