Looking for a fun reading tutor that uses evidence based practices aligned with the Science of Reading research for your child? Finding someone who can take care of them? kindergarten and first grade teacher, and currently our schools reading specialist. I also have ample experience as a babysitter and nanny (including overnights) of infants and older. I am highly effective as a reading teacher and tutor. Your child will grow in both their reading and spelling skills within as little as three months of working with me. I continually progress monitor throughout my instruction and will be fully transparent of my teaching and your child's learning. I am choosing to solely tutor and babysit this summer from mid June to mid August, 2023. I am available for 1x jobs or recurring jobs. Please note: if I tutor your child in the summer, it is not guaranteed I'll be able to work with them as frequently once the school year picks up.
