Phoebe is the best! She has worked for us for 9 months and my 2 kids love her. She’s reliable, responsible and an excellent communicator. She is a great balance of playful/imaginative while also being an awesome caregiver and keeping kids on their schedules and routines. Her calm and gentle nature makes my kids feel comfortable and loved. She often brings crafts and art supplies which my oldest loves! We wish we could keep her forever :)
