Experienced line cook with extensive knowledge in the restaurant industry. Throughout the years before getting into the restaurant business, I have worked as a babysitter; taking care of the elderly; and as a personal assistant, job which required house sitting, grocery shopping and taking care of pets. After working more than 20 years for the restaurant industry, I have decided to leave in order to work on my own. Recently, due to my background as a Tennis Coach I had been working as a part-time coach for Schoolyard Tennis in Miami but I could not continue to do so because I had to move due to my husband's job relocation.
