I am 58 years old. I have been a stay at home mom and have done daycare throughout those years so my children can have playmates. As my children grew I have continued to take in a family or two and now My grandchild 2 days a week. In my early 20's I was a nursing assistant and I loved it. I loved to spend time and do little things to help the patients have a better day. It was hard to do that in the nursing home when you had 10 patients. For a couple years I also went to elderly patients homes to take care of them. I did some like housecleaning and mainly they needed companionship. I think about those jobs a lot and would love to get back into that type of work.
