About Afia

Hi, my name is Afia. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Home Health Aid with 27 years plus of experience. I live in Eden Prairie , Minnesota. I neither smoke nor drink. I take care of clients in their private homes, Assisted and Independent Livings, and Group Homes. I have experience caring for clients with all kinds of challenges like Dementia, Hospice, Seizures, Autism, etc. Some of the skills I've acquired over the years include but not limited to Transfers, Ambulations, Bathing, Showering, Grooming, Dressing, Feeding, making of occupied and unoccupied beds, checking of Vital Signs., Blood Sugar, Medication administration and reminders, etc. I do light housekeeping, running on errands, and taking clients to their appointments, walking in the parks, or to social activities, etc. I'm patient and fun to be with. I love to cook and sing gospel music. I'm looking for 6, 8, 10, 12 to 24 hour shifts around the twin cities and its surroundings. Thank you.
