About Pam

Hi, I'm Pam. Newly retired after 30+ year professional career in communications with a passion for helping seniors. I started companion care in 2004 as an unpaid community volunteer, reading books to a homebound blind woman for many years. I LOVED it - enriching her life, hearing her life stories, learning from one an other. Since then I've been humbled to provided care, such as therapeutic art and help with ADA's to Alzheimer's and aphasia patients. I've also been the primary caregiver and caretaker for my own 90+-year-old parents - responsible for all aspects of their lives from hands-on caregiving to navigating and managing all aspects of their medical care, health insurance, senior living, and more. Services: companionship support inside and outside the home. Meal prep, errands/shopping, dressing/bathing, medical appointments and summaries, walking outdoors, light housekeeping.
