About Olivia

Hello, my name is Olivia! I graduated from the University of Utah with two bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology. For the last 5 years I worked at an afterschool program. I worked with 25 kids in kindergarten through sixth grade and I loved it! I picked the kids up from school everyday, fed them snacks, taught classes and drove the vans on countless field trips. I extensively planned and implemented enrichment classes and taught curriculum-based classes focusing on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). I love childcare because I love building strong and trusting bonds with children, and having fun! I consistently received positive feedback from my boss, co-workers, parents, and children that I was a positive role model and mentor. I am friendly, reliable, patient, protective, and fun. I encourage curiosity, creativity, and compassion. My hobbies include skiing, art, travel, and dance.
