About Olivia

Hello! My name is Olivia. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree in Education. I have over 5 years of childcare experience between being a babysitter, substitute teacher, teacher's assistant and as a daycare teacher. I value children expressing their talents through arts and crafts, internal positivity and placing boundaries amongst themselves and others. I believe these goals will be implemented by encouraging children to always be proud of what they created, teaching them words of affirmation and learning what each child needs to feel comfortable in expressing their needs by asking them "how are you?", "how did they make you feel", and "what can I do to help you feel better?". My goal with parents is to fulfill their wants and needs for their child's educational, safety and behavioral developments. Thank you for considering me.
