About Olesya

As a childcare provider with four years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My patient, warm and creative personality, combined with my strong communication skills, allows me to build trusting relationships with both children and parents. I keep parents updated on their child's day through daily reports and regular text or phone updates, and I follow their preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, creative activities and educational games. I'm also willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I have completed First Aid and CPR training, and I have taken coursework in early child development. My fluency in English and Russian allows me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of families.
