About Nicole

I'd describe my personality as motivated, easy going, and kind. I like working with kids because they have the purest form of imagination and creativity. I love watching them learn new things everyday as well as hearing what they have to say. I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself. I grew up at my aunts daycare and started helping out when I was young. I took a babysitting course when I was in middle school and have been taking gigs to help out anyone who needs it ever since. I also have two years experience in child care in a facility setting. In my spare time, I like to read adventure and sci-fi books, watch movies, complete jigsaw puzzles, volunteer at the English Learning Center, and spend time with friends. I'm very great at keeping children entertained and finding fun activities for them to do. I'm also a good tutor as I'm in my third year at the University of Minnesota studying Elementary Education.
