Nicole nannied 31 hours a week for us from late March through the end of September of 2021 for our infant who grew to be a toddler in her care. She is so incredibly patient and compassionate and it was such a wonderful feeling knowing that he was safe, having fun, and bonding with her while we were both working outside the home. She was very attentive to his physical and emotional needs whether that was providing him milk or food upon early hunger cues or giving him lots of cuddles if he was having a hard day from teething. She was willing to care for him in the ways we wanted so that he had consistency with his care and we also appreciated her feedback and opinions since she was an important member of our "village"- I should say is an important member since she is still our date night nanny. She is very honest and communicates how the day went with cute pictures, positive updates, or any concerns. Overall, she is a super nanny!
