Natalie came to our house for a dry run with the baby and things went really well. She was personable and great with the baby. We told her we wanted to hire her for our recurring job but when we tried to contact her to finish up the paperwork, she stopped responding to us. I hope she simply got another job, but it would’ve been nice to know that. We wish her the best but the ghosting was unnecessary and unprofessional.
