About Marissa

Hi parents, my name is Marissa and I am a recent transplant to Olympia, I was born and raised in Minnesota. A bit about me- in my spare time I enjoy reading, playing ukulele, rock climbing, hiking, and paddle boarding! I am offering child care, dog care, and some household services. My years of experience include weekend babysitting since I was a teenager, full time nannying of an 18-month-old child at start date, au pairing in France for 4, 7, and 10-year-olds, multiple summers working at a camp for 15-18-year-olds, and math/reading tutoring for elementary students of all grades, with a focus on 3rd and 4th grade. I have also grown up always having a dog so I'm very comfortable caring for them as needed. My responsibilities have included driving to/from school, crafts, tutoring, cooking, and laundry. I love being outside so incorporating that into my time with your kiddos would be a bonus!
