Natalia was amazing with our now 2yo son! She was engaging and attentive to his needs. Our son loved her, she would work on patience and helping him work through big feelings, and she would follow his lead on whether he wanted a big day outside or some quiet time reading books. We also picked up great techniques from her as parents. She was always punctual, communicative, and respected our preferences. We have felt at ease having her watch after our boy. We highly recommend Natalia!
